§ 12-27. Created.

There is hereby created a public body corporate and politic to be known as the Santa Rosa County Health Facilities Authority. The authority is constituted as a public instrumentality, and the exercise by the authority of the powers conferred by the Health Facilities Authorities Law [F.S. § 154.201 et seq.] shall be deemed and held to be the performance of an essential public function.
