§ 15-28. Reservations of facilities and fees.

(a)

Certain pavilions, community centers, and outdoor event space may be reserved as identified by adopted board policy and with fees established by resolution. Reservations for picnic tables and/or playgrounds are prohibited.

(b)

A fee for a permit for advanced reservations of county properties and facilities will be a designated amount set by the board of county commissioners.
