§ 18-61. Definitions.

The following words, phrases, or terms as used in this article shall have the following meanings:

Clean debris. As defined by F.S. 403.703(35).

Construction and demolition debris. As defined by F.S. 403.703(17).

Construction and demolition debris solid waste disposal facility means any facility utilized for the disposal of construction and demolition debris.

Director means Director of Santa Rosa County Landfill and Mosquito Control Division.

Land clearing debris. As defined by Florida Administrative Code.

Land clearing debris solid waste disposal facility means any facility utilized for the disposal of land clearing debris.

Residential solid waste collection means collection of solid waste generated upon a parcel of property occupied by one or more residential units. Collection of solid waste generated from a person's own residence shall be exempt from the permit requirements of this article.

Solid waste, hazardous waste, biohazardous waste. As defined by Chapter 403, F.S.

Solid waste disposal facility means any solid waste management facility which is the final resting place for solid waste.
