§ 18-134. Use restricted.

It is unlawful for any person to enter upon the premises of any sanitary landfill for any purpose other than the depositing, dumping, discharging or placing within such landfill items subject to disposal such as, but not limited to, dry garbage of every kind and nature and wet garbage of every kind and nature; however, no hazardous materials of any kind are authorized to be deposited in such landfill.
