§ 18-136. Hazardous wastes.

No hazardous waste, as defined by state law, may be disposed of at a county landfill or transfer station. Any person or entity who disposes or attempts to dispose of hazardous waste at a county landfill or transfer station shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be responsible for all costs and damages resulting from such unlawful disposal.
