§ 19-644. Purpose.

It is the purpose of this article to establish a schedule of assessments to fund construction of underground utilities and to provide for a method and procedure for the collection of such established assessments. This article also authorizes assessments to fund street and bridge maintenance improvements and, if necessary, replacement of the existing bridge, and to fund a possible permanent crossing of CSX Railroad.
