§ 2-92. Leases.

The administrative board shall be the originating agency for all lease proposals. It will refer all lease proposals to the board of county commissioners for final action. The final approval of all leases, whether original leases or amendments or modifications or assignments thereto, shall be made by the board of county commissioners. The clerk of the circuit court will provide both boards with a monthly report on lease delinquencies.
