§ 2-93. Beach personnel.

(a)

The administrative board is authorized to work with the executive director employed by the board of county commissioners at Navarre Beach in a nonclassified position. The job description and salary range for this position shall also be approved by the board of county commissioners.

(b)

All other employees at Navarre Beach shall be members of the classified service of the county, working under the board of county commissioners, except that all professionals employed to do work at Navarre Beach shall be employed under professional service contracts approved by the board of county commissioners.
