§ 19-996. Powers.

In addition to these powers set out in sections 19-994, 19-995, and 19-996, the board of county commissioners as the governing body of the Santa Rosa County Municipal Service Taxing Unit for unincorporated Santa Rosa County shall have the power to borrow and expend money, and issue bonds, revenue certificates, and other obligations of indebtedness, and to exercise any and all powers granted by general law or special law.
